About Minetectual

Minetectual was founded by Sait Fatih Alagoz, a Mining Engineer (BSc) with an MSc in Mining and Geosciences from Lulea University of Technology, Sweden.

Mr Alagoz is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), Institute of Quarrying (IQ), and Turkish Chamber of Mining Engineers. 

With over 15 years of operational experience, having worked in various projects and roles in the international mining industry – including Southern and Western Africa, Australia, and Scandinavia – Mr Alagoz has been active in projects ranging from greenfield projects, established mining operations, as well as mine closures. 

Mr Alagoz has an extensive understanding of the unique processes, challenges, requirements, and operational specificities related to every stage of a mining operation’s lifecycle. This knowledge provides the advantage of being both reflective, as well as projective, and being able to understand the various requirements and unique challenges and opportunities associated with each stage. 

With experience working for owner miners, contract miners, and mining contractors, Mr Alagoz has a thorough understanding of the relational dynamics and challenges prevalent in the industry. 

Equipped with experience in contract management and mitigation, and high-level stakeholder engagements around contractual, financial and operational issues, Minetectual provides customized solutions for clients by analysing risks, developing strategies, and improving overall operational effectiveness.
